Wenn man die Anlage durch das Haupttor verlässt (Av. del Prado), kommt man links und rechts herum zu Bars und Restaurants für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. Nur jeweils 100 m entfernt beginnt bereits ein breit gefächertes Angebot.

Geschäfte und Supermärkte

Shops are to the left. Within 500m your have Mercadona, a quality, but well-priced Spanish supermarket - on the map. At half the distance you will find Supercor, a 24-7 type store from El Corte Inglés, the major Spanish quality retailer. And you have a range of local shops - on the map. Within the mile you have lots more shops, three shopping centres, bars, restaurants. And all this all year round.

Within a few meters you have two tennis clubs, Tennis Brothers Marbella Club and the Multisports Club, with lots of activity for children as well. Manolo Santana's Club is about a mile away and there are many more sports and fitness clubs around.

... der Strand & Puerto Banus

There are at least two ways to go. The "back way" is shorter - see below. And the "front" one along the Avenida del Prado past the restaurants, shops, Mercadona, the Shopping Centre on the hill, the Bull Ring and past La Sala into the centre of Puerto Banus. This route is far more busy, there is a lot more to see and all the shopping you need. Though, don't drive this way on Saturdays, there is a street market from the Bull Ring down to La Sala. The route is blocked until mid afternoon from the Bull Ring down.

The "back way" - driving - 5 min (2.4 km)

From Zumaya to Puerto Banús via Camino del Ángel/Av. Príncipe Salman.

  1. Head northwest on Calle de las Torres toward Calle Comunidad San Javier - leaving through the gates turn left
  2. Turn right onto Calle Comunidad San Javier 200m around the bends and drive downhill, along some bends
  3. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Camino del Ángel/Av. Príncipe Salman (2 lanes) passing La Dame de Noche on the left
  4. At the roundabout, continue straight to stay on Camino del Ángel/Av. Príncipe Salman
  5. At the roundabout, continue straight to stay on Camino del Ángel/Av. Príncipe Salman
  6. At the roundabout, continue straight onto Calle Teniente Riera
  7. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on Calle Teniente Riera
  8. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Av. de las Naciones Unidas
  9. Exit the roundabout onto Av. de las Naciones Unidas
  10. Enter the roundabout
  11. Arrive at location: Puerto Banús beaches to the left the Puerto is to the right.

The "back way" walking - 25 min (2.1 km)

From Zumaya to Puerto Banús via Calle Pablo Picasso.

  1. Walk through the urbanisation uphill to the other tall building and leave at the gate there towards the right onto Calle de las Torres and toward Calle Salvador Dali
  2. Turn left onto Calle Salvador Dali (through the narrowed access street - stopping trucks to go through)
  3. Turn left onto Calle Alonso Cano
  4. Turn left onto Calle Joan Miró
  5. Turn left onto Calle Pablo Picasso
  6. Slight right to stay on Calle Pablo Picasso
  7. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Camino del Ángel/Av. Príncipe Salman
  8. Exit the roundabout onto Camino del Ángel/Av. Príncipe Salman
  9. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Calle Teniente Riera
  10. Exit the roundabout onto Calle Teniente Riera
  11. At the roundabout, continue straight to stay on Calle Teniente Riera
  12. Exit the roundabout onto Calle Teniente Riera
  13. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Av. de las Naciones Unidas
  14. Exit the roundabout onto Av. de las Naciones Unidas

the route along the "front" - drive or walk

From Zumaya to Puerto Banús - West .

Drive - 7 min (2.7 km) - taxis are down the slope to the right of the main entrance Walking - 37 min (3.0 km) - go down the slope, exit at the main gate & turn left onto Av. del Prado - continue at # 3 below ....

  1. Head southeast on Calle de las Torres toward Calle Salvador Dali and continue to the end of Calle de las Torres - past the tennis courts on your right
  2. Turn left onto Av. del Prado - past the parade of shops on your left
  3. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Calle el Califa (here is Mercadona 60m along)
  4. Exit the roundabout onto Calle el Califa
  5. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Av de Manolete
  6. At the roundabout, continue straight onto Av. Pilar Calvo
  7. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Calle Juan Belmonte
  8. Exit the roundabout onto Calle Juan Belmonte
  9. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Av José Banús
